The Regulatory & Compliance Blackboard (“RegBlack”) is a joint project of EFRI, FinTelegram, and lawyers. The RegBlack mission is the protection of consumers and small investors in the age of CyberFinance. To this end, we publish on RegBlack current developments, problems, and difficulties with and among financial market regulators and ombudsmen in the various jurisdictions.
RegBlack is a supranational platform to support decision-makers in legislation, law enforcement, and financial market supervisory authorities.
